PRODUCTS
Video Depositions
$275 (minimum ) which includes the first two hours.
$95 per hour thereafter, billed in quarter-hour increments.
The billing time begins at the scheduled start time and ends at the conclusion of the deposition. Depositions lasting beyond 8 hours a day or occurring on weekends and holidays will be billed at 1.5 times our regular rate.
Video Deposition Copies
$35 per DVD, VHS, or mini-DV tape.
Travel Time
No charge for the first hour of travel.
$35 per hour for each additional hour beyond 1 hour travel time from Charlotte.
Post-Production Editing Services
$95 per hour.
Cancellation / Appearance Fee
If the videographer is notified of cancellation after 5pm on the day before the scheduled deposition, the fee is $135.
If the videographer is notified of cancellation within two hours of the scheduled deposition, the $275 minimum applies.
